- We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express or Company Checks.
- There will be a 30% restocking fee on all orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement of order.
- There will be a 30% restocking fee on all orders returned.
- Shipping is not included in any pricing quoted on this site. We will select the least expensive freight option to deliver merchandise. All orders are FOB Huntington Station, New York.
- You are responsible for unloading any vehicles used for delivery of merchandise.
- All used items are sold on an as-is basis. There is no warranty on used goods.
- Installation of purchased goods may be available for a separately negotiated fee.
- When receiving merchandise from a common freight carrier please make sure to have someone to unload, and please inspect all packages carefully for damage. If any materials are damaged please sign bill of lading “DAMAGED MATERIALS” and contact us immediately.
- Please note that you have seven (7) business days after receipt of merchandise to submit a claim if there are any damages or shortages. Cole Internet Group will not honor any claim made after this period.
